Worked as a financial advisor at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC from 2019 to 2023 for 4 years. Experienced with M&A related FA service, hands-on assistance for startups, restructuring PMO support, business carve-out support, etc.
Worked in the Corporate Advisory Department of Mizuho Bank Ltd for 5 years from 2014 to 2019. Experience with M&A related FA service, LBO /MBO finance, advices for business succession, valuation reports service, etc.
From 2010 to2014, worked at KPMG for 4 years. experienced in audit services for SEC-listed companies.

Engaged in top-level tax consulting services, primarily focused on organizational restructuring, consolidated taxation, and international taxation, for a wide range of industries, including major Japanese listed companies and global multinational companies’ Japanese subsidiaries. (Final position held: Manager)
Subsequently joined the tax team of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., serving as the Domestic Tax Leader. Gained extensive experience as an in-house tax advisor, handling tasks such as preparation of tax returns for the company and its group companies, withholding tax management, tax consultation, tax investigation support, and communication with national tax authorities.

Our team members include a Certified Public Tax Accountant who has advised many companies, including Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies on their tax affairs, and a certified public accountant with a background in financial advisory, which requires a wide range of knowledge and skills in financial accounting, taxation and law. We also have a university professor as an advisor who is well versed in taxation practice, theories, and precedents, and who specializes in providing theories to achieve legal relief for taxpayers.
